Skyline uses a mix of native and drought-tolerant plants to create a stunning, natural community. Any native plants removed during grading were replanted throughout the rest of the community. To let each plant take deep roots into the land, more water is initially provided. They’re slowly weaned down until they’re ready for the natural rain patterns of the Santa Clarita Valley.
