When you start with land as special as Skyline’s, care inspires every stage of development. The land plan dedicates nearly 80 percent of the community to surrounding trails and open space. Our road base and landscape designs reuse tons of rock unearthed during the grading of the land. Skyline also uses an innovative, water-efficient irrigation system designed with drip or point irrigation – something not typically found in master-planned communities. And native plants, relocated during construction, will all be reintroduced to the land. Skyline is both EarthSmart® and locally sourced.
Throughout the Skyline community are built-in, fun ways to learn about science and nature. Telescopes placed at scenic viewpoints and trails throughout the community share interesting facts about plants, stars and other natural features of the local habitat and the skies above.
