A place to gather and relax We’re all so excited about The Lookout. First of all, the name is incredibly apropos. Perched on a hilltop, The Lookout has jaw-dropping views of the mountains and valleys from every angle, whether you’re splashing in the pool, relaxing on the deck or hanging out in the coffee shop. There are poolside cabanas, a fire pit and a broad event lawn just waiting for the first picnic. With so many inspiring vistas and things to do, the whole Skyline community will be there sharing the experience together and making fast friends.
A place to strengthen the body and calm the mind Also up at The Lookout, you’ll find The Powerhouse, Skyline’s gym. It’s packed with state-of-the-art equipment in an environment that evokes the peace and tranquility of a mountain retreat. Here, your neighbor is also your favorite gym buddy. With views of the resort-style pool and surrounding countryside, The Powerhouse has all of the latest equipment for strength training and cardio. There’s also an outdoor exercise area where you can do yoga, HIIT-style workouts or just finish things up with a nice deep stretch in the fresh air. The Lookout connects to the trail system if you’re looking to hike, stroll or get a run in. And when you’re all maxed out, you can soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset (or rise) over the mountains.
Spaces for kids to do their thing Families will love all of the thoughtful touches that welcome and embrace Skyline children. There’s a cozy book nook with fun circle-shaped reading alcoves and a stash of picture books to enjoy. Alongside the lap pool, there’s also a beach-entry splash pool where even the littlest ones can get the wiggles out. And then, there’s the STEM learning opportunities that are being woven through the community trails. Kids will be able to learn all about rocks and plants that make up their community and use the community telescopes to reach the stars. Some of us adults may even sneak out to play on the unique jungle gym… (Seriously. There’s so much to climb on and swing from, and it looks like it just sprung out of the rocks surrounding it! Who can resist?)
Places to dream about — and start building — your future TRI Pointe Homes and Pardee Homes have completed every last detail of their model homes in Celestia and Mystral (TRI Pointe) and in Sola and Lyra (Pardee). All model homes are open Monday and Tuesday from 10 am to 5 pm, on Wednesday from 1-5 pm, and Thursday through Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
● In Sola, you’ll see generous two-story homes with options like a fireplace in the spacious great room, an outdoor room and even a trellis.
● In Celestia, you can tour single-story stunners with updated open-plan designs, flexible floorplans and optional indoor/outdoor California rooms.
